1960's stunning peacock blue dress by Jean Allen, (makers label inside). The fabulous ruffle neck detail has concertina pleats and runs all the way around the front of the neckline and down to the side of the low cut scooping back. The dress fastens at the back with a metal zip and hook and is sleeveless. The fabric is synthetic with lovely gold, green and turquoise brocade stripes.
