This is a lovely fresh summer shirt, made by Perma-prest at Sears. 

The shirt is 100% Polyester in a light mustard yellow colour with a cream geometric pattern.  The shirt fastens down the front with 6 buttons, unfortunately one of the buttons is missing but this could easily be replaced.  It has short sleeves and a single front top pocket.  The fantastic pointed collar really makes the shirt.
