1970's St Micheal skirt, (makers label inside), the fabric is 100% cotton, (fabric label inside) and has a pattren of red and blue roses with hints of pale green. There are buttons all the way up front from the hem with matching rose coloured buttons. There is a narrow waist band at the top and the skirt flares in a 50's style.
