TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Vintage Vanity site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Purchasing Vintage vanity will use your personal details to complete your order. Vintage vanity reserve the right to change prices quoted on the website from time to time and goods supplied via the website are subject to availability. Should any problem arise with your order vintage vanity will contact you via e-mail or telephone Payment You can pay on line via all major credit or debit cards. We also accept cheque payments with bankers card details written on back.

Delivery From receipt of your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 working days. E-mail will be sent once order has been dispatched. Vintage vanity cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed once dispatched both in the UK or abroad.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order prior to its dispatch please email sales@vintage-vanity.co.uk with your order number

international airmail postage:

Europe £3.50 standard charge + £7.50 per kilo
Rest of the world £4 standard charge + £13.00 per kilo

Returns

Please note the majority of items I sell are vintage. This means that most all of these have been enjoyed by a previous owner and unless stated are not in brand new perfect condition. I will never sell something that does not meet up to my standards. I do my best to list every flaw and imperfection, however I am only human and can miss things.
I will not accept returns on an item because it does not fit. Detailed measurements are given so please go by measurements and not sizes listed.

Remember measurements are of the garment and not of the person wearing it so leave room for movement. If you wish to return any items please ensure you email vintage vanity, the reason for your return, return the items within 7 days of receipt of goods.

To return goods obtain proof of postage. Or ideally use recorded delivery. Items to be returned at your own cost complete with packaging and with any price labels etc attached Goods must be returned in the condition that they left vintage vanity. You will be reimbursed in the way you made the original payment minus the post and packing
